  • All GGDB sneakers in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags attached
  • Unworn shoes with no signs of use
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products without original packaging or authenticity tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day period

How to Return Your Order

Easy Return Process:

  2. Receive Return Label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Attach the provided label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Receive Confirmation: You'll get an email confirmation once we receive your return

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, please allow:

  • 2-3 business days for quality inspection
  • 3-5 business days for refund processing
  • 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

Exchange Process:

Follow the same return process but specify "Exchange" in your initial email. We'll prioritize exchange shipments to minimize your waiting time.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Standard Return Shipping

For other returns, a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This helps us maintain our competitive pricing while providing excellent service.
